Recovery After Neck Lift Surgery

  • Absorbable sutures are commonly used, though they are often removed between days 7–10 for optimal healing.
  • Surgical drains are rarely needed, but if placed, they are usually removed within 2–3 days.
  • Exercise and more strenuous activities should be avoided for at least 3 weeks, with full recovery expected within 6–8 weeks.
