What Happens During the Procedure?

A mommy makeover involves a combination of procedures, all performed during the same operation:

Abdomen: Tummy tuck with abdominal muscle tightening, removal of excess skin, and repositioning of the navel.
Waist & Flanks: Liposuction to sculpt the waistline and remove unwanted fat.
Breasts: Lifted, augmented, or both, using either fat transfer or silicone implants, or reduced in size according to what is needed.
Genital Area:

Recovery & Aftercare

Pain Management: Most patients report mild to moderate discomfort, easily controlled with oral medications, patches, or occasional injections.
Swelling: Expected and varies depending on the extent of surgery, liposuction volume, use of drains, and adherence to post-op care.
Drains: Usually placed to remove fluid buildup and are removed within 7–10 days.
Sutures: Typically absorbable; otherwise, they’re removed around day 10–14.
Compression Garments: Must be worn for 30 days.
Activity: Light walking is encouraged early.
